milestone due date changes from time to time

Description

On my roadmap, sometimes I see "30 days left (2008-06-30)" and sometimes "29 days left (2008-06-29)". It seems to depend on the time of the day. When I created the milestone, I set 2008-06-30 as the due date.

Sounds like a duplicate of #7221, which has already been fixed.
