There is no duplicate ticket opened. There is just a single ticket. Please try to resolve the issue instead of closing the ticket as duplicated.

Sure: they are closed. type "database is locked" within the search window, and see for yourself. Again, read MostFrequentDuplicates: this very error is referenced.
