Setting language in preferences goes back to english

Description

Hello,

I set up a trac in french.
With my account, I can see some part of trac translated in french.

However, if I go Preferences > Language and I set it to fr_FR, it is now in english !
If I try to go back to "default language", it is in english.
All the languages are mapped to english.

This has been fixed by the application of the patch, which is both in the, now, unmaintained sandbox/i18n and in trunk.
