External mimeviewers (Enscript) broken on Windows.

Description
For the HTML file in the repository, the HTML file won't be displayed at all. This is broken in
0.7. Also the display as text or RAW doen't show the html code but the web pages.
I am using Trac 0.7 windows version.

I'm unable to duplicate this behavior on Linux (Debian unstable) with python 2.3.

This seems to be because a lacking mime database on Windows.

Has the same problem with perl script. I don't have the clearsilver installed.
