Provide a way to view the wiki markup for ticket comments

Description
Sometimes users will post something complicated in a ticket, such as a table or other formatted text. If we want to put the contents of the comment in to a report or expand them in to a wiki page, it means the content has to be recreated. It would be nice if there was a markup view so the wiki markup could be copied and pasted directly. This could take the form of a small button next to the "reply" button.

That small button next to reply will eventually be Edit, from there you'll be able to copy/paste the content. See #454.
You can already do so if you hit Reply, copy/paste in your favorite editor, select and remove the first two columns…
