RSS for reports does not show report title, only project name

Description
RSS for reports have a channel-title element value that ends with colon, space. That suggests, to me at least, that there was to be something following the colon. It seems logical that the report title should be here so that the full channel-title value reads ProjectName: ReportTitle

Verified - report title does not display in feed, and I think it should too. Adding to my to-do.

Variable for report title is not set, this code inside report_rss.cs doesn't output anything: <?cs var:report.title ?>
