-An easy solution would be to copy dlls at svn\bin\*.dll to cgi-bin directory. then it works well.

+An easy solution would be to copy dlls at svn\bin\*.dll to cgi-bin directory. then it works well. Before copying any DLLs, first try to reboot the system. In most cases, the internal system error problem disappear after a simple system reboot.
