A Ticket Gnome is a nice contributor who helps the project by cleaning-up Tickets, correcting fields, making useful comments and more generally seconds the developers by performing the sometimes tedious task of ticket triaging.
The naming was patterned after the term c2Wiki:WikiGnome.
