Description
Hi, i have a lot of setup with mixed apache, reverse proxy, Pound, both used by internal and external reference. Currently the HTTP_PROTO + :// + HTTP_HOST + HTTP_PORT produce bad url for some of our project. For fixed that i submit a patch to allow specified a base_url in the [trac] section of trac.ini
