Hi there,
I'll use this ticket to post translation to Bulgarian / Български.
I have basic technical knowledge and not quite big experience with translations, so tell me if I do something wrong.

Well, that messages.po is the English translation, you shouldn't use that for a start but rather the "empty" translation file generated for your locale. See TracL10N#add-a-language for how to get started. Reading the whole page wouldn't hurt either ;-)

Sorry, I've read it; but as I've said I don't have technical knowledge in running Python scripts. I'll consult a friend programmer soon.
I thought if I translate the English version (isn't this the original?) with POEdit it will be easier for me to get started and upload a proper Bulgarian file later.

If someone is interested in providing a Bulgarian translation for Trac, feel free to reopen.
But be sure to have read TracL10N first, and in particular TracL10N#add-a-language.
Also, note that we won't include new translations that don't have an initial coverage of at least 60% (approximately). You could however start to post patches here with less than that (it's pointless below 10% though).
