Document suexec for new non-trac.cgi based multiple repository setup

Description
The suExec tool of HTTPD requires a specific scripting target or typically a "tracwrap.cgi" script. Translating this to the new layout, where trac.cgi is no longer a file directly contained in the Trac project directory, breaks this.
Please provide guidelines on configuring and supporting multiple repositories for suExec use.

Sorry, no idea about this, and judging from the time elapsed, no one else is willing to figure that out for you.
