Description
Got a ticket notification from an update by Christian who obviously use French locale. I do not. The notification includes this:
... Severity: normal | Resolution: Keywords: | -------------------------+-------------------------------------------------- Commentaire(by cboos): Well, thinking again about all this... attachment:5525-multiple- ...
Note the word Commentaire.
Which also leads to the larger question of how notification templates should actually be translated - if at all. Certainly it can't be guided by the current request context and whoever makes the update, but I have no memory of any spec or discussion with conclusions on this topic.

Should be fixed by r8969 (well, first see how that comment notification looks like…)

Worked fine ;-)

This doesn't seem to work consistently, as at least two instances of localized notifications have been reported: comment:13:ticket:8488, and I can't find the other one but I'm sure it was reported by you.

I think that's "laborious": involving or characterized by hard or toilsome effort :)
This is obviously a bug, nothing should be translated in a notification mail, at this point
An ideal solution would be a translated mail according to the recipient's preferences.
