Description

First, apologies if this is already covered somewhere. I couldn't find any extant bugs that looked even remotely similar to this. I figure this means no one else cares, or, more likely, it's got a work-around for it that I'm just not seeing.

Creating a new ticket on a vanilla system gives you these attributes under the text box:

Assign-to . . . . . . . . . . . . Type

Priority . . . . . . . . . . . . . Milestone

Component . . . . . . . . . Version

Keywords

But when you add or change the ticket, these fields are now laid out thus:

Type . . . . . . . . . . . . Priority

Milestone . . . . . . . . . . Component

Version . . . . . . . . . . Keywords

My suggestion - keep the layout consistent (well, as consistent as can be) with these items for both the New and the Modify pages.
