Description

We currently have an engineer out in Turkey working with Cobra 3.22.02 in conjunction with Canon SX7 projectors and have come across another very major problem. When resetting the lamp hours via Cobra interface, a dialogue box is displayed asking for confirmation about resetting the hours. After confirming to reset nothing happens. The hours remain as they were!!

Some testing of this has been carried out in house to see if the problem could be replicated here and it can be - please speak to either Kevin Cooper or Nick Sinden for further details.
