Description

If I set restrict_owner = 'true' in trac.ini, I can select from a list of people who have the proper permission to edit tickets as "owner". The drop down list itself is only alphabetically arranged, without any classifications. It would be good if there is a something to set the drop down list like the following example.

Group 1
- User A
- User D
Group 2
- User E
- User F
Group 3
- User B
- User C
- User G
- User H

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as new The ticket will remain with no owner.
The ticket will be disowned.
as The resolution will be set. Next status will be 'closed'.
The owner will be changed from (none) to anonymous. Next status will be 'assigned'.

Add Comment


E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
