Description

Sorry if it is already added or is fixed in 0.11.

In error pageflow should be different. Eg. on getting some error, like "Ticket need summary" or "Concurrent modification" you are loosing all you changes. There should be redirect to the same form with error displayed and form values preserver to fix error, or just to restore you work.

There won't be a 0.10.6 release, please upgrade.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The ticket will remain with no owner.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from (none) to the specified user.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
