It'd be very useful to have "Print" variant of the page

Description

I do miss a button to get a page with no menu, just the wiki page or a report or something to be able to print it nicely.

Well, your browser already has a "Print" function, no?

In trunk (not in 0.7.1 if I remember correctly), we provide some extra CSS style rules that hide navigational stuff when printing.
