Internal error when clicking on "Login" button

I'm using a version of Trac supplied by myversioncontrol.com.

I was looking at the Trac system for the first time and clicked on the Login button. I then got an "oops" message as follows:

"Trac detected an internal error: "

No further details but the traceback is:

This configuration issue is in the top 3 of duplicate tickets. Search for the error message on this web site to find such duplicate entries.
