When it didn't work in the title, I thought I got the repro recipe.

What I actually was trying was:

bar and bar?

which, as you can see, don't work. If that's by design, I guess it's OK, but I wonder why they don't work...

It's really bad practice putting links in headings.

For now, we deem it not worth the effort.

Reopened... cmlenz pointed out that formatting, not links, might be useful in headings.
