i'm using LANG=zh_CN.UTF-8 for trac

Completed: [2007年08月07日 15时28分41秒] Format: YYYY年MM月DD日 hh时mm分ss秒

after i subumit i got error: 

Internal Error

2007年08月07日 15时28分41秒 is not a known date format.
