[patch] SpamFilter needs "select all" link, option to view more items

One of my trac installs just got blasted with spam, which the spamfilter nicely blocked... but it's hard to look through the logs and delete them. A simple "select all" link would suffice, as well as a config option to view more items at a time.
I've searched for any info on this, but come up empty. My apologies if this is a dup.
