[PATCH] Author filter on Timeline page

Description

This patch adds an extra text box to the Timeline page for optionally entering an author. If this field is left blank then no filter is applied, otherwise only changes made by the specified author will be given.

But there's already the #1198 ticket for that, with several people CC'ed there, so I'm closing this one in favor of #1198.

Fair enough. I must say the other patch seems quite a bit more complicated, but maybe there's a reason for that?
