Milestone in ticket details should be a link

Description

When viewing a ticket, the main ticket details show the milestone of the ticket, but it's not a link to the milestone itself.

Obviously it's not a big deal to go through Roadmap to access the milestone, but would be a nice added convenience to be able to jump straight there from the ticket.
