Description
Since trac is supposed to be a project management system, it could be interesting to add human resources management component - project members gets profiles (skills, etc.) that are searchable ? I noticed that someone has thought in these lines: TaskJuggler, but then I hoped for an integrated solution.

Agreed, I believe there is already a similar request filed on trac-hacks.

But more importantly, Trac is an enhanced wiki and issue tracking system for software development projects. Trac uses a minimalistic approach to web-based software project management.
In the past, Trac has tried to establish a core set of features that are applicable to everyone. Other types of features would be implemented using the plugin architecture. This seems like an ideal candidate for a plugin.
