View "My Tickets" causes SQL syntax error - Report execution failed

When I run the report "My Tickets" I will get an SQL syntax error: 

Report execution failed: (1064, "You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ' 'mburger', ')'\n ORDER BY (status = 'assigned') DESC, p.value, ")
