Custom fields on ticket properties

Description

It would be great, when there is possible to add some extra field (fields). Component and version is just not enough.

We need to detect hardware and OS version or simple Configuration of environment.

Absence of this field or any configurable field prevent us to use trac even if we like integration with Jbuilder very much.
