Description

Add a panel to the user Preferences for configuring notifcition-related settings possibly including:

  • notify on all ticket changes
  • notify on tickets opened/closed/reopened
  • notify on tickets I reported
  • notify on tickets I've commented on
  • send me emails of my own changes (see comment:ticket:3093:10)
