Header misaligned when header_logo is large

Description

The vertical alignment of the right-hand elements above the navbar is off if the header_logo is larger than the default.

This was introduced in cmlenz' cleanup the other day.

Actually, this fix makes things a lot worse on IE6/Windows. The logo image is cut off (see screenshot).
