Description
It appears there is a major problem (lack of resources, etc) with this wiki interface. More than half the time I try to access I get the "database is locked" error. Even the support page is inaccessible.

It's true that there are constantly locks there. Though this is still an issue (see #3446), the situation should have considerably improved since Trac 0.8 (which is the version they're using), with Trac milestone:0.9 or milestone:0.10.
