Custom Query negative status incorrect in display

Description

If, for example, you use the following link, the query is performed correctly, however, the status:closed checkbox is checked rather than not checked (or maybe everything but closed being checked)

Its cool that the query works, however, its a bit misleading when the checkboxes lie.
