wsgi branch: version number in setup.py

Description

If the version number of the wsgi branch was changed to "1.0wsgi" (from "1.0dev") then, if trac is installed through easy_install, I can activate just that branch of development, plus avoid overwriting any other Trac installation. This applies to any branch, really.
