Oops page needs a little copy editing

There is a slight grammatical error in the oops page. The text reads

If you think this really should work and you can reproduce it. Then you should consider to report this problem to the Trac team.

That should not be two distinct sentences, it is one thought and the first sentence is a fragment. I think it should read something like this instead:

If you think this really should work and you can reproduce it, then you should consider reporting this problem to the Trac team.

The error page has now a template on its own: source:trunk/templates/error.cs
