It would be nice to have simple test cases module.

This is way too vague, and can be done with TracPlugins.
Such a feature is out of scope for Trac itself.

​Bitten is a continuous integration plugin for
Trac that supports running test suites as part of the build process.
Also see #2425 regarding integration with FitLibrary tests.
