Description

Is there any way to edit the Assign To field?? It is not showing recent user names I would also apreciate if you could explain softly how does that function works. I'm a newbie so sorry if this ticket is already open and I didn't see that

I was told that only those names occur in the "assign to" droplist that have a valid session. This means the user(s) in question have to log in and go to "settings", then enter their data into the form and save them. Now check the droplist again et voila... :)

Yes, to appear in the "assign to" list, a user should have log in on the system at least once, and performed some action (edited a Wiki page, changed her profile, filled a ticket, ...)
