Standardise changeset hilighting for "changeset_show_files"

Description
The changeset_show_files option in trac.ini hilights the entire filenames in various colours.
Instead, have it generate the same HTML that the changeset viewer does, with the little coloured boxes to the left.
This looks much cleaner (and suits the general feel of Trac), as well as being nice and consistent.
