Description

Currently, the "back to query" option on a ticket returns you to the most recent custom query, which to me is fairly useless since I usually use a numbered report and would much rather be taken back there.

I'd like to suggest adding a link to "back to the report", as well as a "submit and return to report" button to save a ticket and then return to the report (it would save a lot of clicks, since a lot of the time I'm making a quick adjustment or a short reply, and then want to go back to viewing the report, not the ticket — esp. if I've already previewed the changes).

Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Christian Boos.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from Christian Boos to the specified user.
