Version/Milestone 0.10 is sorted before 0.9.0 in comboboxes

When creating a new ticket, the version numbers and milestone entries are sorted alphabetically in the comboboxes, making 0.10.0 come before 0.5.0, followed by 0.6.0 etc.

It would be nice if the sort could at least take dates of versions/milestones into consideration when sorting, if set.

This is related to #1064, but it seems that #1064 is only concerned with reversing the order, not making use of dates.
