Search should report total number of matches available and should have links to all pages

Description

The search function should display the total number of hits such as 

Displaying 1 - 10 out of 97

Search should also display additional pagination links such as 

[Previous] [1 - 10] [11 - 20] [21 - 30] [31 - 40] [Next]

Or something along those lines.

Actually, this has been implemented for 0.9.
