= Browser Quickjump Feature =

Simple facility for getting more quickly to points of interest in the repository. 
Part of the VcRefactoring.

This is now in trunk for [milestone:0.11]dev, since r4438.

That version supports Subversion, but the Mercurial plugin doesn't yet implement the new interface.
