+As noted earlier, be sure to delete the old Trac code before installing the new version.  This is especially important when upgrading to 0.10dev due to changes in the package structure.  Errors indicating that `get_cnx_pool` or `init_db` were not found are a sign that you should remove the Trac code and reinstall it.
