Trac and several plugins are available from the [http://repos.opensuse.org/devel:/tools:/scm openSUSE build service].

 * Select your distribution version and architecture of the build service and add the URL to your repository list.
 
 * Install `setuptools` and `trac` using your package manager of choice (yast/rug/zypper)

 * If you're new to the openSUSE build Service, read [http://en.opensuse.org/Build_Service/User this guide].

Note: On OpenSuSE 10.3, the software installation tool "zypper" does not know about a package called 'setuptools'. You will have to download it and install it by hand.
