+For trac 0.11,  webadmin.plugin.pluginadminpage was renamed to trac.admin.web_ui.PluginAdminPanel. People disabling it from trac.ini to secure a trac instance may be surprised that it is simply not secured any more without warning. I think there should be a warning here to tell people upgrading to trac 0.11 to change this in trac.ini.
