So here's a short list of the things that needs to be done for [milestone:0.11], as this will be our next release.

Lots of things have changed since 0.10, and getting the documentation right is one of the major challenges we face now.

Those are the things that should really be done for 0.11

Post-poned for after 0.11:
 - environment lifecycle (#5010) => [milestone:0.12]
 - search API improvements, similar to the timeline API changes, see SearchRefactoring => [milestone:0.12] or later
 - user selectable date & time format - #2182 => postponed, will probably be done once we use Babel
 - editable comments - #454 => [milestone:1.0]

Nice to have features that are already started to some extent:

 - user filter in timeline - #1198 => [milestone:0.12] or later
 - wiki: improved support for hierarchical pages (#4507, #2780 and #2150) => [milestone:0.12]
 - ticket system: 
   - query: (#4966 and #5326), (#2288), keyword queries should be case insensitive -> looks like a regression, see r4435 and #5720, [[br]]
     #4775 (patch ready) [[br]]
     nothing that critical here  => [milestone:0.12]
   - #4266 (change the default setting) => [milestone:0.12]
