Tickets and reports are good, but there are simply too many of them ;-)
So here's a short list of the things that needs to be done for 0.11, as this will be our next release.

Documentation

Lots of things have changed since 0.10, and getting the documentation right is one of the major challenges with face now.

• backup the current TracGuide pages → Trac0.10/TracGuide (is there a "wiki page rename/copy feature which also renames links in the page?) … or is it good to have the old guide in the 0.11, it is just spam?
• after that, start to update the current TracGuide with 0.11 content
• go through the enhancement list and update the documentation accordingly

Major Features

Those are the things that should really be done for 0.11

• merge WorkFlow (check the workflow related tickets)
• user selectable date & time format - #2182 ⇒ postponed, will probably be done once we use Babel
• use warnings instead of errors for problems when editing - tickets #4100, new tickets #1146, wiki pages #152 ⇒ 0.11.1
• editable comments - #454 ⇒ 0.11.1
• ticket duplication - #4686 (mostly done - some discussion about the UI) - close it
• don't make base_url mandatory (see #5064) ⇒ ?
• fix the timeline API (RSS changeset feeds are broken)
• environment lifecycle (#5010 and #3833) ⇒ 0.11.1
• search API improvements, similar to the timeline API changes, see SearchRefactoring ⇒ 0.11.1

Bug fixes

Those are the bugs that really need to be fixed for 0.11

• blank lines in {{{...}}} blocks ignored - #3925
• workaround the new limitations of #!html blocks - #2048
• warn if the WebAdmin plugin is still used together with trunk - nice to have for 0.11

Minor Features

Nice to have features that are already started to some extent:

• fine grained permissions - #654
  • adapt for tickets ⇒ 0.11.1 ?
  • fix attachment glitch
• email obfuscation - #153 (mostly done) & #5126 - ready in FieldRefactoring branch ⇒ 0.11.1
• user filter in timeline - #1198 ⇒ 0.11.1 or later
• add resolutions - #905 (patch ready + r2846 re-applied)

Other little things worth caring about:

• ticket subsystem:
  • query: #2821, (#4966 and #5326), (#2288), keyword queries should be case insensitive → looks like a regression, see r4435 and #5720,
    #4775 (patch ready), finish #2502, #2409 (patch ready)
    nothing that critical here ⇒ 0.11.1
  • description: #2914, #3163 ⇒ nice to have for 0.11
  • fields: #449, nicer checkbox custom fields presentation - ready in FieldRefactoring branch
  • #4266 (change the default setting) ⇒ 0.11.1
• wiki: improved support for hierarchical pages (#4507, #2780 and #2150) ⇒ 0.11.1
• attachments: #4701 ⇒ 0.11.1
