Darcs plugin for Trac

The ​plugin for ​darcs provides a VC backend that works with versions 0.10, 0.11, and 0.12, with MultipleRepositorySupport. It is not yet known to have been tried with version 1.0.

Currently it needs an additional patch to work with Postgres (fixing type errors). A version which avoids the PG-specific SQL attached to the ​ticket is available in a ​branch.
