Trac Mailing Lists

Google Groups

Communication, discussion and decisionmaking within the Trac project is primarily done through mailing list conversations. The lists are powered by Google Groups.

Trac-users

The main mailing list for the trac community. Subscribe to this list to participate in the project, ask for help, talk about Trac-related matters or to keep up to date with the Trac development. Archive.

Before asking for help on the above mailing list, be sure you read the FAQ!

Trac-dev

The trac development mailing list. Subscribe to this list and take part in the trac development, talk about Trac-development related matters or to keep up to date with Trac development. Archive

Please use the trac-users mailing list for sending support requests, not trac-dev!

Trac-Announce

Trac-Announce is a very low traffic mailing list for announcements regarding Trac, mostly release notes and important updates. This list is read-only. Archive

Trac-Tickets

Trac-Tickets is a fairly high traffic mailing list for ticket changes. Every time a Trac ticket is modified a new message is posted on this list. Archive

The main list is also archived and NNTP-gatewayed at gmane.
