I've improved the email notifications for Trac [milestone:0.10] and added a small framework to test SMTP notifications,
and translated Trac to the french language ([h:wiki:TracFrenchTranslation TracFrenchTranslation]) for [milestone:0.10].
I haven't been actively working with the Trac project for a while.

I've also created a couple of plugins:
 * [h:wiki:RevtreePlugin RevtreePlugin] to generate a graphical view of SVN changesets 
 * [h:wiki:LdapPlugin LdapPlugin] to manage Trac groups and permissions through a LDAP server,
 * [h:wiki:GrowlPlugin GrowlPlugin] to notify Mac users of Trac events via the [http://www.growl.info Growl] framework,
