== Attachments in Notification Emails
This email decorator can be used to send new ticket attachments as email attachments with the notification emails.

Create a [TracDev/PluginDevelopment#Singlefileplugins single file plugin] that implements [wiki:TracDev/PluginDevelopment/ExtensionPoints/trac.notification.api.IEmailDecorator IEmailDecorator]:
