Description
Hi.
Europe/Ljubljana is not listed in timezone choices in preferences page. If I "revert" [6717], the wanted timezone gets shown.

Europe/Ljubljana displayed in the list of timezones when running pytz 2015.2. It is also displayed on this site running pytz 2012c.
We can reconsider if there are more arguments for showing deprecated and historical timezones.

I haven't tried the previous situation but I guess the list will become ⇐ 2x as large with the deprecated and historical timezones shown? I would not make that the default but maybe supply an option in trac.ini?
