Can not create new project

Hello

I am trying to create my first Trac project. I have installed virtual python and Trac 0.11 on web server (Linux). Python 2.4 is instaleld on that server. Everything was completed successfully. Now when i try to create new project it asks for project name, db, svn and path to repository. After that it says "creating and initializing project" but it does not move from there. I never get next line where it should be "Installing default wiki pages". I tried several times but it's always the same. Please help.

 By default, it will be svn.

 repository, or leave it blank to use Trac without a repository.
 You can also set the repository location later.
